About the Course

In this course, you will look at how we as humans are wired to experience change in our lives – and most importantly, those changes that catch us off guard or are outside of our control.

This course includes a series of 3 short videos and includes worksheets with prompts you can use to discover your response to change so you can come up with a personal plan to get better at moving through change in your life.

  • The first video will walk through a model describing how people transition through change

  • The second video will dig deeper into four different ways people might respond in the face of change

  • The third video will give you a chance to document your own experience with change in your life
