About the Course
In this course, you will look at how we as humans are wired to experience change in our lives – and most importantly, those changes that catch us off guard or are outside of our control.
This course includes a series of 3 short videos and includes worksheets with prompts you can use to discover your response to change so you can come up with a personal plan to get better at moving through change in your life.
The first video will walk through a model describing how people transition through change
The second video will dig deeper into four different ways people might respond in the face of change
The third video will give you a chance to document your own experience with change in your life
