*Note: This is for a series of 3 one-hour coaching sessions. You will book the first appointment here with online payment for the whole series. Start with a personal session to learn about Emotional Intelligence and Leadership 2. Complete the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment (via online link) 3. One-on-one review of your customized EQ-i Leadership Report (you get a pdf of your report) 4. One-on-one personal action planning session to put your results to use MHS EQ-i 2.0 is the best assessment for Emotional Intelligence I have found. It is a validated psychological instrument that gives you a thorough and balanced snapshot into how you are using emotional information in your environment, plus a detailed report full of strategies and resources for you to further develop your EQ Skills. Use this service if you want to target a particular development area, or to benchmark your EQ skills.
