My vision is that every working person have access to the tools and opportunities they want and need so they can experience the fulfillment that comes from contributing to a job well done, as part of a highly functioning and purpose-driven team.

And just as importantly, that they can learn to do this in way that they have good energy left over at the end of their workdays so they can also find joy creating a rewarding life outside of work.
